Not in place This system does not exist. There is no repeatable process. If a result happens here, it is by accident.

Manual You do this yourself, step by step, every time. It runs because you remember to do it. Using ChatGPT or another AI tool to help you think or draft still counts as Manual: the system depends on your initiative each cycle.

AI-assisted Defined workflows run without your constant involvement. AI actively participates at set points: drafting, filtering, scoring, or generating. You manage exceptions and approve outputs, but you are not initiating every instance.

Agentic You set direction and approve key decisions. AI executes the full workflow in between. The system runs on triggers, not on your memory. You step in for judgement calls and relationship moments only.
